We are excited to introduce our new website, designed to be a valuable resource for the community as we embrace new initiatives. At One Heart McKinney, our vision has always been to foster a culture of care and support for those in need. Our Mission

Every day, people in our community face needs they cannot meet alone.

At the same time, McKinney is filled with nonprofits, churches, businesses, foundations and individuals who want to help families in need. Help exists. Finding it shouldn’t be the hard part.

One Heart McKinney is making the connection ... We help people find help!

On our website:

• Help Form:

  Anyone can ask us for help. Our trained navigators connect our neighbors in need with referral partners in a personal, intentional and caring way. The form is open for applications Mondays-Thursdays.

• The Community Resource:

  Explore this online directory of 400+ agencies, churches and nonprofits ready to provide food, clothing, household goods, healthcare and so much more. This directory was created by One Heart and our partners!

• Care Portal: Find information about this powerful, digital platform being designed to connect families in need with resources and support services available in our community. Through this portal, we aim to streamline the process of finding help and creating a network of care.

• The Neighbor Hub: Coming soon! A community-driven, physical space where people can receive help from numerous organizations. One Heart will be the intake partner.

• Resources and Information: Our site will provide easy access to vital information about local services, events, and ways to get involved with One Heart McKinney.

• Community Stories: We will share inspiring stories from individuals and families who have benefited from our programs, highlighting the positive impact of community support.
